ELETE Sales / Customer Service

JOB SUMMARY: Sales/ customer service representative is responsible for account management, taking incoming orders, professionally responding to inquiries, outbound sales calls and support sales and marketing in various ways as needed.

MAJOR DUTIES: (Any one position may not include all of the duties listed, nor do the listed examples include all duties which may be found in positions of this class).

1. Must be able to answer any questions that a customer may have and handle any problems such as shipping errors, broken product, etc...
2. Must have the knowledge to know what each product does and be able to respond to any questions about the product.
3. Travel on trips that are assigned by the sales manager.
4. Report to the sales manager on sales territory and provide information on improvements or concerns.
5. Gain new knowledge that may provide a competitive edge.
6. Must feel comfortable calling and servicing existing customers and helping the company gain new customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Excellent people skills a must.
2. Excellent communication skills a must.
3. Must show initiative.
4. Must be flexible with changing job responsibilities and expectations to help company learn and move towards its goals.
5. Background in sales or customer service a plus.
6. Interest and background in health, fitness and sports a plus.
7. Ability to learn quickly and work without supervision a plus.
8. Basic computers skills a must.
9. Skills with account management software a plus.
10. Must be self motivated and goal oriented.
11. Excellent persuasive skills a must.
12. Must have excellent follow through and organizational skills.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must speak English. Must be self motivated, driven, and punctual.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED: Computer and multiple-line phone.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This job requires a lot of sitting, typing, and talking on the phone. While working at shows, must be able to stand or sir for long periods of time. (Up to 12 hours per day)

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Smoke free workplace. Friendly atmosphere, competitive benefits, free products, and a central location. Growing company with excellent opportunities for advancement.

HOURLY RATE: $9.00 - $12.00 Depending on Experience

SHIFT: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
